Live birds and species restrictions

Quaker parrots are regulated, restricted, or prohibited in a number of U.S. states and Canadian provinces due to agricultural concerns specific to the species. Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming that owning a quaker parrot is legal at your delivery address, including any state, county, or municipal rules that may apply. We're glad to help you check before you buy, but the final responsibility to confirm legality sits with you.

Products and availability

We do our best to keep listings accurate and current. That said:

• Availability of individual birds can change quickly, since each listing represents one specific animal
• Photos are representative of the species and age range; natural variation in feather color and pattern is normal
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you promptly with a refund or a suitable alternative.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll reach out before processing it further.

Placing an order

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, and it's confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or shipping restrictions that apply to your location.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards along with other checkout options made available at payment. Payments are processed securely and we do not store your full card details on our servers. By ordering, you confirm your payment information is accurate and that you're authorized to use it.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the USA and Canada only. Live birds ship separately from supply orders and follow their own scheduling process, described on our Shipping Information page. We aren't responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Live bird sales are final once shipped, subject to our Live Animal Guarantee. Physical supplies can be returned within 30 days under the terms on our Return Policy and Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy pages.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If a supply item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 2 business days at info@quakerparrot.online with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. For live bird arrival issues, see our Live Animal Guarantee.

Order cancellations

Contact us immediately at info@quakerparrot.online to cancel an order. We'll do our best to stop it before processing. Once a live bird has been booked for shipment, cancellation may not be possible; once a supply order has shipped, our standard return process applies.

User accounts

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property
